Happy Monday friends! Is anyone else in disbelief that is already the last week of June!? I was talking to Mike yesterday about how we spend so long waiting for summer, and once it is here it seems like we have all of this time ahead of us. Then we blink, and June is already over! We still have lots of fun to pack into the rest of summer, that is for sure! While I don’t follow the no white after labor day rule (seriously, who decided that was a thing!?), I will admit there is just something about a clean white dress against tan sunkissed skin! I decided to round up my best white dresses for summer below. Most of them are well below $50, and the few that are over $50 will be at or below that price with sales and promo codes! Happy shopping!
One of my go to places for dresses has definitely become Amazon! You can see other Amazon roundups here, here, and here! This dress is actually what my sister wore to her bridal shower, and it is as pretty in person as it looks online! And I have worn this dress, this one, and this one in different colors and both fit excellent!
I saw this dress at Old Navy and immediately fell in love. It also comes in a gorgeous pink colors! I love how the linen fabric dresses it down a bit and makes it feel more casual. And my other go-to for pretty dresses is Target-how cute is this button front style!? I found another button front option here that is a bit more expensive, but this retailer runs sales ALL of the time so be on the lookout for a deal!
I decided to throw in one style that isn’t solid white. The subtle polka dots are so gorgeous on this dress, and it is so elegant and classy! And the final dress is so cute and mixes lots of recent trends. Again, this one comes in above $50 but with today’s promo it comes very close to that pricepoint!
Tell me, what is your favorite color to wear during the summer months!? Isn’t there just something about those warm summer nights by the fire? 🙂
Hi all, and happy Monday! I hope you all had a fantastic weekend. Ours was pretty chilly and rainy, but we managed to get up to the lake on Friday night before the weather turned and get in some swimming and a bonfire. I really hope our weekends turn around because I am getting sick of telling the boys it is too cold to go swimming. It is June for crying out loud! 😉 Anyway, I have teamed up with a small group of ladies over on Instagram this week, and we are taking turns sharing our recent Amazon finds! I decided to round mine up below, and if you want to see live try ons, be sure to head to my stories and Amazon highlights on Instagram!
Floral Tank Top
This tank top is a top seller and one of my favorite recent Amazon finds, and for good reason! It comes in solids, multiple patterns, and even a flag option you can see in my post here. At first glance it looks like it may be a cotton, but it is actually a polyester blend and feels dressier! The buttons are functional down the front, and it is absolutely gorgeous. If you have had your eye on this one, the quality is on point and it is a total steal!
I have shared this dress in the past more than once. While this is a different seller and the fit is somewhat different than this one, overall it is very similar! For being a white dress, it is not see through and covers nicely! It has ruching on BOTH sides (the original only has it on one) and the length is great! And you cannot beat the $22 price tag!
You guys, this romper is SO GOOD. I always size up in rompers for my height, but this one I did not need to. My normal large would have worked just fine and I may exchange down a size. But it is SO soft on the outside, and the inside is a very soft french terry. It has pockets and the drawstring waist is functional. And, who can say no to anything blush colored!?
This tee was featured in my patriotic Amazon finds post last week, and many of you have already scooped it up! It is hard to tell from the pictures, but it is essentailly a unisex cotton t-shirt. The front is plain except for a pocket, which is an adorable red and blue seersucker! This is the perfect item to wear around the fire or to the fireworks after a day spent in the water!
Another item I featured in this post, how fun are these pants!? I read the reviews and usually I would never order a pair of pants in standard length. But, the reviews said these ran super long so I gave them a try. And they definitely ARE long. The length works for me, but if you are on the short or petite end, these may be way too long for you. The material is lightweight and soft, and they are SO comfortable!
I had been eyeing this swimsuit for awhile, and was excited to finally give it a try! First, I must say that for being ‘high waisted’, I don’t think they really are. While I am tall, these are quite a bit below my belly button, giving them almost more of a mid rise. Just be warned if you want full coverage high rise, these are lower than others I have tried. They are almost a waffle knit type material, and it is hard to tell in this picture, but it is a deep forest green color. The scallop detail goes around the entire edge of the suit. It is so pretty and comes in other colors, too!
The final item actually isn’t clothing, but this roller. I have been hearing so much about microneedling lately, and I have been wanting to try it out. I have only used it once so far, and it is a unique feeling. Not in any way painful, but it doesn’t feel good either, if that makes sense 😉 It is supposed to help reduce lines and wrinkles, even skin tone, and reduce scarring. I am so excited to share my results, but thousands of raving reviews cannot be wrong. And it is worth a shot for under $20!
