Shop Dress Up Try On

Hello ladies! I hope everyone is LOVING that spring is finally here. Isn’t it funny how without fail, we always look forward to changing up our wardrobe with the change of seasons? In the fall I am always DYING to throw on my boots and sweaters. And every year come March, I practically cringe at the sight of those same sweaters 😉 I found a few amazing pieces from Shop Dress Up, the cutest little online boutique. Keep reading for my favorites and a review on sizing! Happy Monday, and happy shopping!

Tie Front Top

I cannot get enough of the button up waffle knit tops. This one is a crisp white, but come sin a few other colors as well. The length is excellent, and I would say of the various styles I have tried, this one is most similar to the original that inspired the rest. It runs true to size, and has a deep cut, making it perfect over a bralette!

These shorts are SO cute. I will warn you right off the bat; they run small. The biggest size available was a Large, and that is what I ordered. Unfortunately, they do run small and while they fit me, they are snug! I am a size 8-10 usually, so if you wear larger than that they probably won’t work. They also don’t have any stretch, but they are a high rise and hide the mom pooch! There is the cutest metallic detailing on the side seams, which is what drew me to them in the first place. You know I can never say no to sparkle or shimmer!

Peplum Top

Alright ladies, if you have been on the search for a peplum top, this one cannot be beat. It has a cutout back, but still completely hides your bra. The fabric is also buttery soft, which makes it so much more cozy than a typical cotton option. I also found the length to be perfect, at 6 feet tall it was plenty long on me! By far the best peplum top I have worn!

Animal Print

I can’t call every item my ‘favorite’, but I feel like I want to! This cheetah print camisole is out of my comfort zone. Truth be told, I hadn’t tried wearing animal print until this top! It is very high cut, and a good length. I also love the cut by the arms as it hides the ‘armpit fat’. Please tell me I’m not the only person who deals with that! I wore this to work with a blazer and black pants, and felt so put together, yet a little sassy! 😉

Ombre Dress

Raise your hand if you’re a sucker for ombre! This dress is a t-shirt style, and is absolutely an ‘oversized’ fit. You could go with your regular size, but would also be just fine if you wanted it a bit more fitted to size down. Since I am so tall, it is a bit shorter on me, so I tied the front to change up the look and give it a little something extra!

Coverup

I couldn’t resist snagging this coverup when I saw it! Summer may not be here yet, but I know we will be playing in the pool and at the lake before we know it. This comes in black as well, but I love how the white looks. I threw it over this swimsuit, and am already dreaming of warmer days. It runs nice and long, so even though it is sheer, it still provides a nice level of coverage!

Coverup // Bikini Top // Bikini Bottoms

Tell me, which look is your favorite?! It is not often I do a try on haul and can’t pick a favorite, but all of these pieces were SO good! Shop Dress Up was kind enough to offer 15% off to you all with code XOSTANG15. Happy shopping, loves!
